相鉄線和田町駅から10分ほど歩いたところにある。
その日はラーメン店「ましまし亭」で初めて二郎系の魅力に気づいたのだった。

二郎系ラーメンを食べるのは今回が2度目だけど、1回目は散々な思いをした。
注文方法を間違えて、食べても食べても麺は減らないわ、肉も箸でつまんだ途端に崩れ落ちるわ、とにかく美味しくないものをただただ口の中に詰めていくだけの体験だったからだ。

楽しめないものに何でお金を払うのか？

その店舗がどこだかは言わないでおくが、今回訪れたましまし亭では、その過去の経験を打ち消すほどおいしい二郎系ラーメンを食べることができた。

普段太い麺は苦手なのだが、ここの麺はスープが染み込んでおり、ひと口ひと口がたまらなくおいしかった。

箸が止まらないとは、まさにこのこと。

動画でも確認できるように、肉も噛みごたえがあり、しっかりとした存在感を主張している。
さらにスープも油っこすぎなく、出汁の効いた味が、口内を満たす。

だんだんと崩れ落ちていくニンニクの山もスープの味変に加わり、味が絶えず変化していくのを楽しみながら、最後のラーメン1本、もやしの1本まで食べ尽くす。

大学が近くにあることもあり、平日はさぞ若い人たちで賑わうことだろう。
週6日営業。
午後の6時から朝の1時までやっているこのましまし亭は、二郎系ラーメン好きではなくとも、1度は食べることをお勧めする。
きっと癖になってまた来ることになるだろうから。

It’s about a 10-minute walk from Wadamachi Station.

This is the first time I noticed the appeal of Jiro-style ramen at this ramen shop Mashi Mashi Tei.

This is actually my second time eating Jiro-style ramen, but the first time was such a disaster.

You can order it wrong any second, the noodles are endless no matter how much you eat, the meat also crumbles as soon as you pick it up with your chopsticks, and you just end up stuffing your mouth with something that tastes bad.

I won’t say where the joint is, but this time, I was able to eat a delicious Jiro-style ramen that cleanly erased my past experience.

I usually don’t like thick noodles, but the ones here are soaked in soup, and every bite was irresistibly delicious.
This is what it means to not be able to stop eating.

As you can see in the video, the meat is chewy and it certainly is the main presence in the bowl. The soup is not too oily, and the flavor of the broth fills your mouth. The mountain of minced garlic gradually crumbles and adds to the flavor of the soup, which you enjoy the ever-changing taste as I devour every last ramen and bean sprout.

There’s a university nearby, so it’s probably bustling with young people on weekdays. Open six days a week. This ramen shop is open from 6pm to 1am, so even if you’re not a fan of Jiro-style ramen, I recommend trying it at least once.

You’ll probably end up getting addicted and keep coming back.

On Monday, May 6th, I went to an event held at Korakuen Hall on the last day of Golden Week.

I’ve been a big fan of Great Muta since he was young and active, so you can’t miss the All Japan games.
On the day of the event, the venue was almost full, and the fans were entertained with a momentum that overturned the momentum that had been declining for a while.

I’m glad I went!

Wrestlers who see a performance for the first time always have an impression or image after three or four matches, but Lord Crew showed a wrestling performance that left a particularly strong impression on this day.

Japan Pro Wrestling, which is full of wrestlers and developments that we are looking forward to in the future, are gaining momentum and coming to captivate our audience.

The next event I will attend will be DRAGONGATE!
