We look back on the weekend’s fierce battles that ended in a dramatic fashion.
Yokohama Grits VS Stars Kobe review
Last weekend on Saturday, January 24th and Sunday, January 25th, we hosted the Stars Kobe at home and enjoyed a fantastic weekend with your enthusiastic support.
Saturday, January 24th:
Yokohama GRITS 4 – 3 Stars Kobe (Victory!)
After a back-and-forth battle, the match went into overtime and then a penalty shootout (PSS).
We maintained our concentration and fought to the end, achieving a dramatic victory!
Sunday, January 25th:
Yokohama GRITS 3 – 2 Stars Kobe (Victory!)
With the score tied until the final minutes, the tension hung in the balance, but with 11 seconds left in the game, we scored a priceless winning goal!
The excitement in the venue reached a climax, and we secured two stunning wins in a row.
Two consecutive home wins have kept our hopes of advancing to the playoffs alive!
After Sunday’s game, we held an “on-ice social” where we were able to share our joy with everyone with big smiles.
Matchup against the Tohoku Free Blades in Higashifushimi!
This weekend, we’ll be taking on our rivals, the Tohoku Free Blades, in a crucial two-game series where we can’t afford to lose either game.
