Here’s this week’s activity report!
Yokohama Grits vs. Stars Kobe Game Results
Last weekend, on Saturday, January 10th and Sunday, January 11th, we played two consecutive away games against the Stars Kobe.
Saturday, January 10th: Yokohama GRITS 4 – 5 Stars Kobe (Loss)
Although it was a disappointing result losing by one point, we showed our determination to keep attacking until the end.
Sunday, January 11th: Yokohama GRITS 8 – 1 Stars Kobe (Win!)
As if to erase the loss of the previous day, our offense exploded with a furious eight goals in total!
It was a stunning victory, marking our long-awaited first victory of 2026!
With Sunday’s victory, the players have regained their confidence and are returning to Yokohama in high spirits.
Yokohama Connect Appearance Announcement
This coming Wednesday (14th), Co-CEOs Mikoshiba and Kazuma Iwamoto will be appearing in a talk session with Asia League Chairman Alex Ramirez!
“From Baseball Stadiums to Ice Rinks: Promoting Passion and Growth for Emerging Sports in Japan”

Location: TECH HUB YOKOHAMA (2-2-1 Minatomirai, Nishi-ku, Yokohama)
Speakers: Alex Ramirez, GM Mikoshiba, and Kazuma Iwamoto
Moderator: Professor Yamakawa (Associate Professor at Babson College and a founding supporter)
Although this event is listed as an English-language event, it will be conducted simultaneously in both Japanese and English.
You can attend in person or watch online.
Participation is free, and drinks and food will be provided, so please feel free to join us!

GLUGERS all members eligible! Practice Observation Event
Although there are no games this weekend, we will be holding a “Practice Observation Event” where you can watch the players practice!
This event is open to all fan club members.
Date and Time: Tuesday, January 20th, 8:45 AM
Location: Yokohama Bank Ice Arena
Eligible: All fan club members
Although it’s early in the morning, please come and experience their practice up close!
