デイブ・ココのココハマポッドキャスト—横浜グリッツ シーズンプレビュー
今回は横浜グリッツのプレシーズンプレビューをお届けします。
アジアリーグアイスホッケーに参戦するプロアイスホッケーチーム、横浜グリッツの2025〜26シーズンについて、Kocohama.comのデイブ・ここがたっぷり語ります。
ホッケーシーズン開幕について
開幕戦は9月12日、コーセー新横浜スケートセンターでいよいよ幕を開けます。
運営面でいくつかの課題や最近のリーダーシップの変更もありましたが、今シーズンのチームのポテンシャルに対しては大きな期待を抱いています。
正直なところ、スタジアムの外側の部分よりもリンクの上で何が起きるかの方がずっと楽しみです。
ロスター・選手情報
今オフシーズンはチームに大きな変化がありました。
地元ファンに愛されたイシ選手の退団、そしてベテラン選手の引退は寂しいニュースでした。
でもその一方で、今シーズン最大のトピックといえばやはり三浦優希選手の加入です。
ファンの間では「フランチャイズ史上最大の補強」と話題になっており、僕もそう思っています。
主力として期待される選手を挙げると—
- アレックス・ラウター（チームのトップスター）
- タイラー・ロックウェル
- ゴーリーの田実海選手
この3人を中心にどんなチームが出来上がるのか、今からワクワクしています。
コーチング・スタッフ
岩本ヘッドコーチが今シーズンも指揮を執ります。
練習時間が限られていること、スケジュールが変則的なことなど、チーム準備の面では難しい状況が続いています。
それでもチームをまとめ上げるコーチングスタッフへの期待は変わりません。
ファン体験について
嬉しいニュースとして、チームマスコットのシロイルカ**「グルーガ」とダンスチーム「GRITS TOPAZ」**が戻ってきます！これは観戦をさらに盛り上げてくれる要素です。
ただ、正直に言うとファンクラブの仕組みやグッズの入手しやすさについては、まだまだ改善の余地があると感じています。
せっかくチームを応援したいファンが、グッズも買えないしファンクラブの恩恵も受けにくいというのは、もったいない話です。
この辺りはぜひ改善してほしいと思っています。
まとめ
運営面での課題はあるものの—リンクの上では、これまでの横浜グリッツ史上で最も多様な個性が揃ったチームになっているかもしれません。
僕はこのチームの成長を心から信じているし、これからも情熱を持って応援し続けます。
