夏が終わった頃になってプレイしてみたホラーゲーム、「日本事故物件監視協会」。
これはチラーズアートというインディーゲームの制作者が出した、現時点で最新の作品です。
下記にある動画からも分かるように、各カメラに映る「異変」を見つけたら報告するというプレイスタイル。
「8番出口」や「5 Nights at Freddy’s」のハイブリッドのように感じました。
プレイし終わって思ったことは、僕も妻も例え幽霊が出たり曰く付きの家に住んでいたとしても、異変に気づかないまま普通に暮らすだろうということ。
現に昔川崎で住んでいたアパートが事故物件だったものの、至極普通に暮らせていたので全く問題はありませんでした。
元々テレビとゲーム機、布団と本しかなく、カーテンも無い部屋だったのであまり異変のチャンスが無かったのかな？と動画内で呑気に振り返っております。
ゲーム内では日本には本当に事故物件で起こる怪異を監視する仕事が存在するのだとか。
ジャパニーズ・ゴーストバスターズは我々が眠る間にも、今日も活躍してくれているそうです。

So, BearFriend’s favorite indie game creators the “Chilla’s Art” released a new Japanese horror game called “Japan Stigmatized property.”
In Japan, horror is often associated during summer, but we think we made it in time.
It has both elements from “Exit 8” and “Five Nights at Freddy’s,” but we had fun playing it.
The interesting thing was, according to this game, this job of monitoring and reporting anomalies in certain houses or areas actually exist.
If that’s the case, it would mean Japan has their own Ghostbusters active on duty every night.
You’ll notice if you look at our video playing this game, that both me and BearFriend are terrible at noticing small details. I’m sure we won’t catch or doubt anything even if we were living in a haunted house.
This took me back when I was actually living in a cheap apartment in Kawasaki, because a murder took place where I rented. Hey, if the ghost will pay $200 monthly for just being there, I’d even welcome them.
